Friendly front of house staff and easy check in. Unfortunately the room had no sound proofing so could hear every toilet flush of the surrounding rooms and showers running and snoring. Other than that great location.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that we required.

Although the location was awesome, room was clean. I was quite disappointed that the there was constant drilling and banging (work being done in the room next door). I actually had a migraine and spent a good part of Wednesday afternoon in my room. I had to go out as the constant noise did not help. I fell the staff should have informed me of this work and given me the option of another room.

Had a great time so close to the centre of the city and close to family. Room was quite adequate. Daytime noise was a bit annoying but i do understand the need for upgrading rooms. The fire with the Pizza in Blossom restaurant was handled so well even though it all sounded a lot more dramatic than it was - thanks to the staff who gave me a quick way to my room with my pizza and margurita:) Wifi was good and there was enough desk space to get some work done.
